Refund/Cancellation Policy for Visa Applications
- Visa Fees: All visa fees, which encompass consulate fees, service charges, taxes, and Medical COVID Insurance, are strictly non-refundable. This policy remains in effect regardless of visa rejection or cancellation. Any subsequent price increases by UAE consulates will be the responsibility of the applicants.
- Visa Application Rejection: In the event that the UAE Immigration authorities reject a visa application, AL Creative Holidays will not be held accountable, and no refunds will be provided.
- Visa Cancellation: If a visa application is cancelled by the UAE Immigration authorities or the applicant, no refunds will be issued. AL Creative Holidays is not responsible for any visa cancellations.
- Processing Time: The processing time for visa applications can vary and is determined by the UAE Immigration authorities. It can range from 2-5 working days or more, depending on individual circumstances. Delays in processing do not entitle the applicant to any refunds.
- Changes to Visa Application: Any modifications or updates to the visa application after submission may incur additional fees. Refunds will not be provided for any changes made post-submission.
- Disclaimer of Liability: AL Creative Holidays and its affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the applicant due to visa rejection, cancellation, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- Communication: All communications related to the visa application process will be conveyed to the applicant via email or other electronic means. It’s the applicant’s responsibility to regularly check their email and provide accurate contact information. Failure to respond or act on communications may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
